By using the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Digital Products

What you get

All digital products sold through this Site are delivered as instant digital downloads. After completing your purchase through our payment processor (Systeme.io), you will receive immediate access to the product files and a confirmation email.

License

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own professional and personal purposes. You may:

• Use the prompts, templates, and frameworks in your own work
• Adapt the materials to fit your specific use case
• Reference the materials in work you produce for clients or employers

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others
• Republish the product content as your own (in courses, books, newsletters, or similar)
• Use the materials to create a competing product
• Share your account access or download links with others

Refund policy

Because our products are instantly delivered digital files, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Coaching Sessions

Strategy sessions are booked and paid for through our payment processor. Sessions are conducted via Zoom. A recording of your session is included.

Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Newsletter

The Excellent AI Prompts newsletter is delivered via Substack. Free subscribers receive the weekly edition. Paid subscribers receive additional content as described on our Substack page. Newsletter subscriptions are managed entirely through Substack and subject to Substack's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, product designs, and branding, is owned by AI Development Systems LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The purchase of a product grants you a license to use that product as described above. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Disclaimer

The information, prompts, and frameworks provided through our products and newsletter are for educational and professional development purposes. Results vary based on individual application, effort, and circumstances.
